The lifetime carbon footprint produced by our home is up to 90% lower than comparable traditional builds, all building materials are sustainably sourced, and our home is fully electric; meaning the home can be powered by renewable energy.

How many modules does the house arrive in?
The house arrives in two modules which are 5 metres wide or a panelised system for tricky access.

Do you have any different size modular homes?

Can I have my modular home on screw pile foundations?
Yes, the carbon neutral modular home can be put on a number of foundations including stilt foundations for floodplains.

Yes, the modular home is Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme (BOPAS) accredited which makes the property mortgageable.
