Thornycroft
Thornycroft is a brick built house in a rural setting, with excellent views of the surrounding countryside, it has a strong presence engendered by its street-facing gable.
The existing building is however dilapidated and in need of extensive renovations.
Youngman Lovell have been tasked with creating a four bedroom home, which must be flexible enough to grow with the client as his lifestyle evolves.
Our client hopes to undertake a significant portion of the works himself, and has expressed a preference for a timber frame construction, due to its potential efficiencies and the possibility of future adaptations.
