Youngman Lovell has obtained outline planning for ten units in the town of Wellesbourne, Warwickshire.
The proposed properties will offer a unique blend of modern luxury and sustainability, situated in the picturesque location of Wellesbourne. They are truly environmentally conscious, being carbon neutral and feature a 10 KWH solar system with backup batteries, ensuring that it operates efficiently with minimal impact on the environment.
The properties would be equipped with triple-glazed windows and rely on an air source heat pump for hot water and heating, as well as a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system.
Youngman Lovell is currently in the process of satisfying pre commencement conditions on the site and should be in the position to start marketing the plots for Self Build in Q2 2024. They have also self elected to offer a 10% Biodiversity Net Gain for the site as part of their sustainability drive.
